"Exercise for Care Prevention"

●Content
This is an exercise class for the purpose of promoting healthy longevity and preventing nursing care for the elderly. The lecture is designed to provide an opportunity for people to exercise
, so ， those who find it hard to walk and those who are not good at exercising are encouraged to participate
. We will also introduce seated exercises and exercises that can be done at home to maintain
the level of daily exercise （ and physical activity ）.
