Revision of the "Yacchi Opinion Box" System

On January 15, 2024 （ Monday ） at 10:00 a.m., the "Yachi Opinion Box" system will be revised to enhance the inquiry method, etc. and to facilitate the submission of your opinions.

After the revision of the system, in addition to the "Yacchi Opinion Box" for constructive opinions and suggestions, "simple inquiries" regarding various procedures and operations can be made directly to the section in charge, and the method of making such inquiries will be simpler and easier to understand.
