This is a notice from the Yachiyo Police Department.
Today, in Yachiyo City, a person pretended to be a hospital employee and said, "My son has pharyngeal papilloma. Do you have any relatives with cancer? and "Your brother is going to have an operation, so please don't call me on my cell phone." or "I have a health insurance reimbursement. We have received a number of phone calls that we believe to be signs of a phone de scam.
If you receive such a suspicious call, hang up and call a family member's phone number you know to verify your identity.
Also, if you receive a call claiming to be from the police or a hospital employee, call the Yachiyo Police Station or the hospital to confirm that the employee in charge is enrolled.
