●Place Central Sports Lifelong Learning Plaza （ 3-7-3 Yurinokidai, Yachiyo City ）
●Fees 500 yen per person （ Including insurance ）
*If you use the parking lot, you must pay your own expenses.
（ Free for up to 2 hours. 100 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter. ）
*If the on-site parking lot is full, please use the nearby toll parking lot. Depending on the number of applications, there may be traffic jams and congestion in the parking lot. ， Please use public transportation.

●Participation Categories
Mixed Division （ Mixed teams of men and women whose total age of players in the court is over 160 years old ）
Ladies Division （ Women's teams over 18 years old ）
●Application Print out the "Tournament Application Form" from the city website below ， and send it by mail or bring it to the contact address
