There has been a sharp increase in phone fraud in the Yachiyo Police Station area. In particular, we have received a number of calls from police officers and bank employees who claim that their cash cards are being used fraudulently and that their accounts are being used for criminal purposes. Your account is being used for criminal purposes. The bank will replace your cash card." The number of victims who have been cheated out of their cash cards and withdraw cash has been increasing.
To avoid becoming a victim of telephone deception, take measures to avoid talking to the perpetrator, such as always setting your landline phone to an answering machine.
