Please send us your opinions on "Yachiyo City 7th Disability Welfare Plan ・ Yachiyo City 3rd Disabled Children Welfare Plan （ Draft ）".

The plan for welfare of persons with disabilities is a "plan for ensuring the smooth implementation of the provision system of welfare services for persons with disabilities and other operations based on this law" prescribed in paragraph 1 of Article 88 of the Act for Comprehensive Support for Daily Life and Social Life of Persons with Disabilities.
In addition, the Plan for Welfare of Disabled Children formulates "a plan for ensuring the provision system of daycare support for disabled children and consultation support for disabled children and other smooth implementation of daycare support for disabled children and consultation support for disabled children" provided in Article 33-20 paragraph (1) of the Child Welfare Law.
Disabled Children Welfare Plans ・ Disabled Children Welfare Plans are formulated in line with the "Basic Guidelines for Ensuring Smooth Implementation of Disabled Welfare Services, etc. and Daycare Support for Disabled Children （ Notification No. 395 of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in 2006 ）" provided by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare. The period of the plan is three years from fiscal year 2006 to fiscal year 2026.
Therefore, in accordance with the Yachiyo City Outline for Public Comment Procedures, we are soliciting opinions on the （ and ） drafts of this plan, and would like to hear your comments.
